Dario Mangano just started a new challenge as CIO of the biggest event management company
in Switzerland: Palexpo. He previously was head of the Knowledge Management Department of
Nestlé Nespresso, based at Nestlé Nespresso Headquarter in Lausanne Switzerland . In this role,
he lead the Business Intelligence, Enterprise Content Management and Global Data Services
departments. Driven by the motto "From Data, To Information, To Knowledge, To Actions!" he
was responsible for defining and implementing the strategy to transform internal structured and
unstructured data into meaningful information and knowledge to support strategic decision-making.
Dario Mangano holds a Master’s degree in computer sciences and a license in group dynamics
and currently working on his Doctorate. He is also the founder of the Swiss Network of Business
Intelligence Professionals and is the author of the book: The Integrated Data Hub™.
He is the inventor of the Leaf Schema concept.
Nicolas has been working in Business Intelligence over the last 15 years. He founded the BI Swiss division of large CSI and lead it up to 40 consultants, leading and delivering projects all over the world: Europe, Noram, Latam and Asia for almost all business sectors: NGO, Industries, Bank, Administration…
He has extensive knowledge of the BI market he also shares through academic courses.

Henk van Roekel is CGI’s BI and Analytics practice co-leader with a primary focus on Europe. Henk has a background of over 15 years in Business Intelligence and Information Management, working with major global clients in key Industries. Henk is the founding father of CGI’s “Data to Diamonds” methodology and leading an international team of experts in the field. Henk is a Business Intelligence Professional certified by TDWI (The Data Warehouse Institute).
Hans Hultgren is an author, speaker, educator and advisor in the data warehousing and business intelligence space. He is an expert on data vault modeling and the author of Modeling the Agile Data Warehouse with Data Vault where he introduced Ensemble Modeling and Unified Decomposition. Hans is the President of Genesee Academy, LLC (including also www.DataVaultAcademy.com) which provides the CDVDM data vault certification around globe. For 20 years Hans was a professor at DU where he was the founder and director of the masters of science degree in business intelligence and data warehousing MSBI.
Martin is enterprise software entrepreneur with technical education. He started his career early as a 13 years old being focused on hardcore coding, system administration and networks management. Very early he realized. That what really matters is how fast one can bring the enterprise solutions into the hands of business users. And if they appreciate it in same way like they do with consumer software solutions. After managing his first enterprise software integration company and successfully realizing projects for retail, banks, manufacturing and other industries. He established BellaDati agile BI tool to rewrite BI landscape with paradigm of “social network for business data discovery”. Martin is now CEO and founder of young disruptive company BellaDati Inc. with HQ in Chicago, Prague and Singapore.
Stéphane Garelli is Professor at IMD Business School Lausanne, Founder of the IMD World Competitiveness Center, Professor at the University of Lausanne and Chairman of the newspaper Le Temps
Stéphane Garelli - a world authority on competitiveness - has pioneered research in this field for 25 years. Professor at IMD (Institute of Management Development) Lausanne, where he heads the World Competitiveness Centre, he is also professor at the University of Lausanne.
Professor Garelli is closely connected to the world of business. He is, among others, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Le Temps", the leading French language Swiss newspaper. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of the Sandoz Financial and Banking Holding, and member of the board of the Banque Edouard Constant.
For twelve years he was permanent senior adviser to the European management of Hewlett-Packard, and before that Managing Director of the World Economic Forum and of the Davos Symposium for many years.
He is a member of a number of institutes, such as: China Enterprise Management Association, Board of the ‘Fondation Jean Monet pour l'Europe’, The Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences, the Mexican Council for Competitiveness, etc.
He is the author of numerous publications on competitiveness and global business, and he published his best-selling book "Top Class Competitors - How Nations, Firms and Individuals Succeed in the New World of Competitiveness" with Wiley.
He was a member of the Constitutional Assembly of his local state - Vaud, Switzerland from 1999 to 2002.
After 7 years spent in France for CGI, Younes joined CGI Switzerland in 2012 to structure and develop the BI offer.
As a practice leader, Younes managed up to 15 consultants. He has been selling and delivering several projects for many clients of a various range of industries and businesses (pharma, telco, public, manufacturing, …).
Younes is an expert in Analytics and Dashboarding.
He is currently in charge of the deployment of the CGI BI portfolio on the whole Swiss territory.
Jean-Christophe has over 11 years of experience in Business Intelligence area and has an extensive expertise in strategy and implementation of BI projects.
He joined CGI as an experienced manager and works at our customers on consultancy missions (scoping study, audit, BI strategy). He is also is in charge of developing our BI offers.
Jean-Christophe has a very strong experience around the BI solutions from SAP through numerous integration projects, redesigns and migrations.
Benoit Kaluzny began his career as an EAI and EDI specialist for 9 years at Unilog (CGI). Since 2007, he has joined Adeo Group as Architect and Project Manager. He coordinates BI visions and strategies for the 27 subsidiaries of Adeo Group in 13 countries. He takes an active part in the deployment of strategic projects, the restructuring of the BI architecture and the implementation of new methods and models for BI systems.
Denyse has more than 30 yrs experience in connecting with customers, consumers & clients in over 100 countries around the world. She has worked with some of the best global organizations (incl. Gillette, Philip Morris & Nestlé) and today runs her own consultancy, C3Centricity, which helps businesses optimize their information ROI, so they can increase their customer understanding and build more profitable relationships.
Since leaving her former position as Global VP of Consumer Excellence at Nestlé, Denyse has witnessed first-hand the challenges some companies have in adapting to the new environment where information flows in almost endlessly. She is passionate about supporting them in managing and making sense of it all.
Denyse holds a Bsc(Hons) in Computer Science from Loughborough University in the UK and diplomas in organizational leadership and innovation from IMD in Switzerland and the LBS in London. When she’s not flying around the world for her clients, she can be found in the air (she’s a pilot), under the sea (she’s a Divemaster) or in front of a screen (she’s a Geek too!).
Humberto has over 10 years of experience in Microsoft technology, from database management to Microsoft BI tools.
Over the years, Humberto has been evolved in multiple activities, like complex Microsoft BI projects, coaching on Microsoft databases infrastructure and Trainer on Microsoft official courses.
Humberto has worked as Microsoft BI consultant in different industries, education, insurance and health sector.
After studying sound engineering at the Institut des Arts et Diffusion de Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium, he completed training in Mathematics and Software Development section. With his knowledge of SQL, in 2007 he joined a service company in Luxembourg, where he starts as a junior DBA SQL Server. During his five years of experience, he participated first in the development of an ODS on SQL Server, he made the design of a portal with MOSS 2007 BI and ProClarity. Then from 2008 he will be hired at Sony Europe, where he worked as a specialist data warehouse in direct contact with customers. Initially assisted by a senior DWH architect, and then alone on new projects and technologies like : Oracle Data Integrator, Business Objects (6.5, XIR3, XIR2) and Sql Server 2000 & 2005.
He’s since 2011 working for Trivadis Lausanne in the Microsoft Bi team. Working full-time on Bi missions for customers. He also passed certifications as data vault modeler (Genesee academy), on Microsoft Sql server (2008,2012) and he’s also Microsoft trainer.
